Who is responsible

FRESKIPÓTESE, LDA, NIF 517237865, Rua das Quintas, 730, 2400-442 Leiria, is responsible for your data (the “controller” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Quote and service requests

When you send a quote request (For Buyers or Get a Quote) we receive what you type in the form:

• your name, company, email address and phone number;
• your country, the products, quantities and packaging you are interested in, the delivery location and date;
• your message, and the language of the page you used.

When you request an agricultural service we receive your name, email address and phone number, the location and size of the land, the services you need, your preferred date, your message, and the photos of the land you choose to add.

We use this only to answer you, prepare a quote or plan the work. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick before sending) and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. Photos are kept private: they are never shown on the website.

The enquiry is saved on our website’s server and sent by email to our team. If you gave an email address, you receive a confirmation by email.

Visitor statistics

To know how the website is used, our server counts the pages viewed and the clicks on the quote, service, WhatsApp and phone buttons. For each page view it keeps: the page, its language, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the website you came from, and the country, worked out from your IP address on our own server.

Your IP address is not stored, and no cookie is used. To count visitors, the server makes a code from your IP address and browser that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you: the random part it is made with is deleted the next day. No data is sent to Google Analytics or any other company.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful. The details are deleted after 13 months; only daily totals (numbers, without any personal data) are kept after that.

Security and protection against spam

To stop automated spam, the website counts how many forms are sent from one internet connection. It keeps your IP address only in a scrambled form (a keyed hash) and deletes it after about 60 minutes.

Our hosting provider’s servers keep short technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) to keep the website running and secure.

People who manage this website log in to a private admin panel. For their security we record their logins (IP address, approximate location, browser and device) for 90 days, and password-reset requests for 30 days.

How long we keep your data

• Enquiries, with their photos: deleted 12 months after we have dealt with them.
• Visitor statistics: details deleted after 13 months.
• Spam protection: about 60 minutes.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time; we then delete it at once, with its photos.

Who receives your data

Only the FreskiFarm team reads your enquiry. Our hosting and email providers store it for us under contract and may not use it for anything else. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Some links take you to other services: Google Maps (directions), WhatsApp, and our social media pages. Nothing from them is loaded on our pages until you open the link; once you do, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we have about you, correct it, delete it, limit its use, or receive it in a common format. You can also object to its use and withdraw your consent; this does not affect what was done before.

Write to info@freskifarm.com. We answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal data, we update this page and the date at the top.
