About us

This website is run by FRESKIPÓTESE, LDA, NIF 517237865, Rua das Quintas, 730, 2400-442 Leiria. Contact: info@freskifarm.com.

Information on this website

Products, seasons, packaging and availability are shown as a guide. They depend on the harvest and the weather and can change without notice. The information on this website is not an offer to sell.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending a quote or service request is free and does not commit you or us to anything. Prices, quantities, delivery and dates are agreed for each order or job, and a contract exists only when both sides have confirmed it in writing (an email is enough).

Agricultural services

The services listed are examples of the work we do. Whether we can do a job, and its scope, price and dates, are confirmed after we have looked at your request, and where needed the land.

Freski Farm Market

The website shows what the market usually sells; it is not an online shop. Products and opening hours can change; the prices and conditions at the market apply.

Photos, texts and logo

The photos, texts and the FreskiFarm logo on this website belong to FRESKIPÓTESE, LDA. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Links to other websites (Google Maps, WhatsApp, social media) are given for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Responsibility

We work to keep this website correct and available, but we cannot promise that it is always free of errors or interruptions. This does not limit any responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

Law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity for consumer disputes; the list is on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (www.consumidor.gov.pt). You can also use the electronic complaints book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt).

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
